How do I create a Poll or Survey in SimDif?

How to add a Poll or Survey to your website

Here are two ways you can survey your customers, followers or website visitors:

1. Link to an external poll or survey
2. Use a custom contact form (Pro sites only)


Link to a poll you create outside of SimDif

Create a survey using an external service and add a link or button on your SimDif site:

1. Create your survey using Google Forms, Facebook, LinkedIn, and so on.
2. Copy the link to your survey.
3. In SimDif, add a Call to Action button or ordinary text link to your page.
4. Paste your survey link and click 'Apply'.

Remember to choose an app or service that fits your needs – think about the kinds of questions you want to ask, how you want your survey to look, and how you would like to see the results.


Create a custom contact form (Pro sites only)

On a Pro site, you can add a customizable contact form to any page, and include multiple choice fields, checkboxes, and more to collect feedback or poll responses.

To create a custom form:

1. Go to the page where you want to add your survey.
2. Click on 'Add a New Block', then on the 'Special' tab, and choose 'Customizable contact form'.
3. Edit the fields and labels, and add new fields as needed.
4. Publish your page again.
