1. Log into PayPro Global using your SimDif account email address. If you have never created a password for PayPro Global, don't worry, you can use the reset password link to create one.
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Click on the "Cancel" button next to the subscription you want to cancel.
You can also find your subscription information using the following link from PayPro Global: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support#order-lookup
You can then use the chat box to ask PayPro to stop your subscription.
If you experience any problems, contact the SimDif team via the Help center in the app. Look for the '?' icon in the bottom left corner, and go to the 'Assistance' tab.
