How to add a Poll or Survey to your website
Here are 2 ways you can survey your customers, followers or website visitors:
● Link to an external poll or survey
● Use a custom contact form (Pro sites only)
Link to a poll you create outside of SimDif
1. Create your survey using Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Jotform, TypeForm, Facebook, LinkedIn, and so on.
2. Copy the link to your survey.
3. In SimDif, add a Call to Action button or ordinary text link to your page.
4. Paste your survey link and click 'Apply'.
How to choose an app or service that fits your needs:

• Consider the types of questions you want to ask. Some services offer very basic options, while others provide more complex surveys with diverse question formats.
• Look at the visual design, as it can vary significantly between different services.
• Think about how the results are presented to you and your users, as this may be a crucial factor in your decision.
Create a custom contact form (Pro sites)
On a Pro site, you can add a customizable contact form to any page, and include multiple choice fields, checkboxes, and more to collect feedback or poll responses.
To create a custom form:

1. Go to the page where you want to add your survey.
2. Click on 'Add a New Block', then on the 'Special' tab, and choose 'Customizable contact form'.
3. Edit the fields and labels, and add new fields as needed.
4. Publish your page again.
