How do I sell online using Buttons in SimDif?

How to use ‘Buy Now’ Buttons to sell products on your website

In order to use an E-commerce solution you will first need a SimDif Pro Site.

If you plan to sell many products, you might want to try an Online Store solution. For 15 or so products, the Buttons solutions are simple and flexible, and allow you to take full advantage of SimDif’s different E-commerce block types.

Full instructions can be found in related FAQs below, but the basic steps are:

1. Go to 'Site Settings', 'E-commerce Solutions', then the ‘Buttons’ tab, and enable either PayPal, Gumroad or Sellfy.

2. Create a PayPal, Sellfy or Gumroad account. In the case of Sellfy and Gumroad you can follow the links within those options.

3. Either set up your buttons in the case of PayPal, or add your products in Sellfy or Gumroad, and complete payment methods and other necessary settings.

4. Add an E-commerce block to your page, tap on the button in the block, and follow the simple instructions to set up your button.

PayPal
SimDif supports 3 kinds of PayPal buttons: Buy Now, Add to Cart and Donate.

Note that the available button options may depend on your region.

Gumroad
Gumroad allows you to sell physical and digital products and get paid by linking your PayPal or Stripe account. You can also get paid directly to your bank account in some countries.

Sellfy
Sellfy is a complete ecommerce solution which you can also add to your SimDif site as an Online Store. If you plan to sell just a few products, and want more control over how they display on your site, the Buttons solution is a good option.
