Most pages will start to move up in Google search results when they get a score of between 60-70%. Usually a good score will be in the 80% range. It is possible to get above 90%, but a score that high isn’t always necessary to rank well.

How well your page performs in Google is obviously more important that getting a specific score from POP, and Google Search Console makes it very easy to see how each of your pages ranks for its main keyword.
