1. You have not published your free website for more than 6 months:
SimDif Starter sites are free for as long as you need them, however, you must publish your site at least once every 6 months. By limiting abandoned and poorly maintained sites we raise the overall quality of SimDif websites. Google perceives this quality, and by having this rule we are improving the chances of success for all our users' sites.
2. You have not paid for your SimDif Smart or Pro site:
If the automatic payment for your subscription failed, or you forgot to renew manually, you can easily restore your site by logging in to your SimDif account in the app or on the web, and paying for your site.
You can pay using your original payment method or choose a new one. You can also pay on the web, if you didn't previously do so, to take advantage of the special offers and additional payment options available there.
3. Your domain name has expired:
If your domain name has expired your website will also disappear from the web. Your options for renewing your domain will depend on for how long it has expired. Read the following FAQ for full details of what to do in all the different scenarios: My Domain Name has Expired
4. Your website was never published or you have unpublished it:
If you have been creating your website in the SimDif app or using SimDif in a browser, your website will not be "public" for anyone to see on the web until you tap on the Publish button at the bottom of the screen.
A SimDif website can also be Unpublished in the SimDif Settings panel. If you unpublished your website for any reason, simply hit the "Publish" button at the bottom, and your site will again be live on the web for anyone to view.
5. Your account has been banned because of a content policy violation on one of your websites:
SimDif aims to give you as much freedom and ownership over what goes on your site as possible. However, if one of your websites contains illegal content and violates our Terms of Service we will remove it and ban your account.
Please make sure that none of the prohibited items listed on our ToS appear on your site, or get linked to from your site.
