To verify that your site is being indexed by Google, type “site:” followed by your website address into the Google search box. For example, “site:mywebsite•com” or “site:mywebsite•simdif•com”. You should see your published pages in the results.

If you have only recently published your site for the first time, wait a couple of days and then try again.

Next, see if you can find your site by searching for something your potential visitors might type to find you. For example, “artisan pizza in Toronto”.
